Restriction Rules for Confluence

Privacy

Restriction Rules runs on Atlassian (Forge). It has no servers of its own and sends no data outside Atlassian.

It stores rules, a record of the restriction entries it added, a before-and-after log of every page it changed, what rules that are still watching would change, audit snapshots, an activity log and your settings. These contain page, space and group ids, space keys, and Atlassian account ids. It doesn't store page content, names or email addresses.

Stored account ids are reported to Atlassian every week, and closed accounts are erased. Uninstalling deletes the app's data.
