Audit and suggested rules

Audit a page tree, a space or the whole site. The audit takes a snapshot of the restrictions on every page it can read under each space's top-level pages, and lists:

• Hidden, but anyone who can see it can edit it.
• Open to editing under an edit-restricted page.
• Restrictions naming people who are gone, or groups that are deleted or empty.
• Pages the app can't see.

Hidden pages anyone can edit, and open pages under edit-restricted ones, have "Fix with a rule": a suggested rule that starts by watching. Broken entries have "Fix with a bulk change", which opens a removal for one page and one person or group at a time. Snapshots can be compared, and you can look up every page that names a person or group. Copy the full list as CSV.

Big audits pause to stay within Atlassian's limits and resume on their own.
