See what covers a page
On any page, open the ••• menu, then Apps, then "Restrictions for this page and its children".
It shows:
- How many pages are in this page's tree, how many are edit-restricted or view-restricted, and how many the app can't see.
- The rules that cover these pages, and whether each is Watching, On or Paused.
- This tree today: who can view and who can edit each page. The first 50 pages are read and 25 are listed; run an audit of the space to see them all.
From there you can start a new rule for the page, or a bulk change on the pages under it. Both start with a preview.
Confluence admins can open it on any page. Space admins can open it in their own spaces when a Confluence admin allows it.
